Iyengar Yoga is accessible for all ages and all body types. It is known for its focus on precision and timing and the use of props designed by Mr. Iyengar that help the practitioner achieve perfection in any asana. Regular practice of Iyengar Yoga integrates the body, mind, and emotions.
A dynamic practice for all levels. In Forrest Yoga, you will learn how to breathe effectively whilst moving through a mindful series of poses to ease the physical and emotional pressures of modern life.
Vinyasa yoga is a practice that encourages physical, mental, and spiritual development. This approach to yoga focuses on synchronising movement and breath. The poses are linked together with movement to create flowing sequences. Vinyasa emphasises slow and deliberate movements, allowing your muscles to relax while simultaneously releasing built-up energy.
Dynamic Vinyasa follows a similar outline to Vinyasa but at a more rapid pace and with higher energy. In Vinyasa, you may hold a position for a few breaths, while in Dynamic Vinyasa, you move in and out of the final pose in quick succession. This approach challenges the physical side of the practice a bit more. A Dynamic Vinyasa class will leave you feeling energised and connected to your body and breath.

Pilates is a practice focused on improving coordination, strength, balance, and posture through a targeted series of full-body exercises. In Matwork Pilates, take it back to where it began with flowing exercises completed on a mat, using your body weight as resistance. Since the exercises can build in difficulty or be modified to be easier, Matwork Pilates is suitable for beginner students up to advanced practitioners.
